Warren Auto Repair

Service was professional and personnel were informative. 3yr warranty 👍🏼

I think they did a wonderful job on my car. Very professional and not very expensive as most foreign cars would be. Overall I give them a seven on a rating scale of 10.

Awesome job and great staff. I would highly recommend this business. 👌

My car sometime won't start there were times it would be rolling right along and then at the most inconvenient time it would not start. I took to multiple shops and no one could seem to fix the problem, then my friend Jim suggested take my car to Jeff at Multistate transmission they were a life saver. They found out that the linkage was smashed up against the transmission and that it was also rusted out and whenever the car was in park it wasn't reading the sensor but Jeff and the fine people at Multistate transmission took care of me and my car and now I'm up and down the highway again without worrying rather my car is going to start or not. Thanks you Jeff and the fine staff at Multistate transmission you guys rock!!!🙂

This is my second time using this shop, the first time was in 2015 when I bought a used 2002 Ford Taurus for my son and I made the mistake of changing the transmission fluid & the next day it broke. Took it here, got a rebuild & till this day the car is still running strong. Now to my 2007 Lincoln Mark Lt pickup with only 77,000 miles, I lost reverse in July 2022 & took it back to this shop, got a rebuild & been riding good every since. It was a little pricey for the truck but not complaining at all. The best thing is that everyone else want to give you a 6 month warranty and that's it but this place gives you a 3 year or 100,000 warranty, checks your vehicle after 15 days, then tell you to come back for the next 2 years from your pick up date from completion of repairs for a check up. Now that's great workmanship! Thanks guys!

Good quality work!! Fixed my steering column on my 93 caprice. Can’t wait to take back for transmission work. Highly recommend

Very welcoming staff and pleasant very respectful I would take my car back for service.

I had an excellent experience with JB DLCO Multistate transmission. They rebuilt the transmission in my F-250 for me. They were prompt in their diagnosis and to let me know it definitely was in need of repair. Jeff followed up with me and gave me a price to go ahead with the repair. They also found a few other issues (wrong radaiator in the truck, trans cooler was plugged, trans lines were rotted out, a bad u-joint on my front driveshaft) so I had them take care of those items as well. All in all they built my transmission so it can reliably pull my camper which is over 10,000lbs. And so it can hold up to more horsepower. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any work performed on their transmission!
