Warren Auto Repair

Did a good job.Had a problem a couple weeks after job was completed but they stand behind their word and warrenty very professional would recommend them to others. Thank you

Jeff was honest from the word go. He fixed me for a reasonable price. This garage has earned my transmission business. Hope they can earn yours as well.

A 15 Day SLOW /Poor Follow Up Nightmare Audrey at the front desk was professional and great, but after dropping the car off it was all downhill after that. Poor follow up service that started with an appointment. I am lucky we were able to move our car. After 15 days and speaking to Jeff several times for him to just say they were extremely busy, thank Goodness we had options to take it to another qualified transmission shop that identified the problem in a few hours and we got our car in two days. Jeff wrote up a quick estimate without really checking the car (it stayed outside for 15 days). His $6500 estimate compared to the 2nd option that I received from another qualified Transmission shop $402. Car runs great. Received a customary follow up the next day after picking our car up to insure we were satisfied.

timeliness and follow up is poor

Staff is always friendly and greets you when you arrive. They have taken all the appropriate precautions in regards to COVID-19 and specified by the health department. All maintenance was completed in a timely manner. During inspection the discovered a couple of additional items that required prompt attention and acquired my permission prior to proceeding. Milex never goes beyond the boundaries of your scheduled service / repair without the customers approval. The have highly skilled mechanics and always do a fantastic job.

Well so far so good I'm having my car towed today to multistate for diagnosis and Audrey is very good at setting me up with a tow a getting car diagnosed next week. Will write more once car is diagnosed. Wwell after having my car looked at they ended up having to put a new clutch in my car and since then I've had the car a few weeks I don't drive it much but seems okay they even went above and beyond the work on it by putting two new brand new battery terminals on my car so far so good we'll see how things go this was a 95 Ford escort LX sport I had to have a clutch put in flywheel everything prices were very reasonable can't wait to spring to get the car out and going

I highly recommend this facility!!! They do great work and are honest about what needs to be done. I took my car to a different shop when it broke down and they replaced a perfectly fine transmission. When the car was still not running right, I took it to JB DLCO and they diagnosed that it was a bad Catalytic Converter. Audrey and Jeff are fantastic to work with and honest about what needs to be fixed. THEY DO IT THE RIGHT WAY!!!!

Very professional quality service. This facility set the standard for all automotive shops. THANK YOU JEFF
